RIVER MAGIC
The Magic Earth theatre Inc Presents River Magic. Dance Drama and puppets combine to make a wonderful show for the family. Friday 11 July at 7pm and Saturday 12 July at 2pm and 7pm at the Mahurangi College School Hall, Woodcocks Rd, Warkworth. Motuora Planting Days
Sunday 13 and 27 July 2008. Depart 8am from Sandspit, returns approx 4pm. The planting is now underway and lots of willing volunteers are needed to get the native plants in the ground. Join the Motuora Restoration Society on this special island, a great day out, very popular and suitable for families, includes a cuppa and sausage sizzle lunch. The boat fare is just $20 adults, $10 children 5-15 yrs Bring boots/stout shoes, raincoat, warm clothes, sunblock, hat, snacks, drink, enthusiasm! Raroa Planting Day
Sunday 13 July 9am – 2pm at 53 Stanmore Bay Rd. Hibiscus Coast Forest & Bird invites you to a great day out for family and friends planting native trees and helping to create an urban nature reserve that provides an oasis for flora and fauna and a place for the community to enjoy Just bring gloves and a spade.
